GlowlapseTerms of use
Glowlapse is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add a few things specific to Glowlapse. If they ever conflict, Apple's agreement wins.
Glowlapse Pro
- Pro is offered as a yearly subscription, which may start with a free trial, or as a one-time purchase.
- Payment is taken by Apple when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- A subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel in the Settings app on your iPhone: tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Not medical advice
Glowlapse is a photo and video app. Weight, waist and any other numbers you log are for your own records only. Nothing in Glowlapse is medical, health or fitness advice. Talk to a doctor or qualified professional before starting a diet or exercise programme.
Your photos
Your photos and measurements are yours and stay on your iPhone. Only take or add photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it, and only share videos and images you have the right to share.
Keeping copies
Because Glowlapse has no account or cloud copy, your photos exist only on your phone and in your iPhone backups. Keep your phone backed up. We can't recover photos that are deleted or lost with a phone.
Liability
Glowlapse is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost photos or data, or for decisions you make based on the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
